    I needed a roof replacement at my home due to a recent hail storm. McAllen Valley Roofing came to my rescue, They assisted me with dealing with my insurance company and understanding the process. The crew replaced my roof in a timely manner leaving everything clean when they left.     To rate a business either one of two has to happen, the company you hired did a superb job or you got ripped off. Well, I’m sure glad to say that McAllen Valley Roofing did a GREAT job at my home. From the start, when Mr. Philip Westerman stopped by to give us a quote, we perceived the professionalism and the humanity in him and the company that he represents. Philip, was so helpful and patient with us, since our insurance company took some time to approve the damages. He made sure all our questions were answered and maintained communication with us through all the stages of the roof repair. Our insurance company did a second inspection on our home and the adjuster was going to arrive at 8: A.M., It was 7:15 A.M. and Philip was already parked in front of my home waiting for him. It was comforting to know that you have an experienced and responsible person taking care of every aspect of the job. I also want to mention that the crew that worked on my home was so well behaved, I never saw the debris because they took care of the cleaning immediately. When they were done, they took time to sweep around my home with a magnetic broom to pick up any nails that might have been left behind. Philip made time to make a final inspection on the finished work before getting the last payment installment, making sure that we were satisfied customers. I am so happy with the work that they provided that I have made time to review them the way they deserve...5 stars.read more
